Camaro Causes Accident By Trying to Pass on Left Shoulder [VIDEO]

The YouTube description says this happened on April 21st on the NYS thruway near Batavia, New York.

Blood is boiling just watching it happen.  The driver was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

According to the comments, no one was injured.
