Catalina Sandino Moreno — Crush of the Day
Cuban actress Catalina Sandino Moreno was nominated for an Oscar in 2004, but she’s yet to become a household name. All of that is sure to change next year, when the crush worthy actress starts popping up on our TV screens every week.
Moreno has joined the case of FX’s next edgy series ‘The Bridge,’ which centers on the hunt for a serial killer on the U.S.-Mexico border. Moreno will play the wife of a Mexican detective who is helping lead the case.
We first noticed Moreno in her Oscar nominated role for the drama ‘Maria Full of Grace.’ She looks much more glamorous in real life than she did in that film, as you can see in the pics below. She’s smokin’, and we’re looking forward to seeing more of her when she becomes a TV star. We bet you are too.
