The Family Health and Wellness Expo is January 7th at the Aitkin American Legion from 10AM - 3 PM.
Health and wellness speakers begin 11am thru 1 PM. This event is free and open to the public and is for anyone who has been trying to improve their lives and the lives of their family. Exhibits include medical professionals, nutrition specialists, fitness experts, mental health professionals and other fun booths for the whole family.
