Minnesota Center Chorale and the St. Cloud Municipal Band Concert

Join Minnesota Center Chorale and the St. Cloud Municipal Band on Sunday
March 6th for an affair to remember. Together, these community music
ensembles will perform at the acoustically astounding Calvary Church and Event
Center, located at the corner of Cooper Ave. and 2nd Street. The concert pays
tribute to the selfless service of the military veterans of years past and present.
Selections include “Hymn to the Fallen” by John Williams (from Saving Private
Ryan), “Homeland” by Z. Randall Stroope, “Battle Hymn of the Republic” by
Peter J. Wilhousky, “When the Saints Go Marching In” by John Rutter, and other
works. The performance concludes with a sing-along homage to the branches of
the United States Armed Forces in “Armed Forces Salute” and the rousing Sousa
march, “Stars and Stripes Forever.”
