Facial hair can make you healthier, like you I'm saying how?
Guys are supposed to grow mustaches in November (Movember) to raise awareness for cancer. Doing so has some health benefits.

Mustaches and beards catch pollen so they help with allergies, it like the guards at the gate  before it gets into your nose. Having it stuck in the hair helps your immune system get used to it, so allergies aren't an issue  It also catches dust mites so it helps with asthma.

One recent study found  it to lower the risk of skin cancer. A thick beard can protect your face from U.V. rays at least 95%. The use of sunblock should still be considered.

It helps you stay moisturized.  Your skin produces a natural oil, so therefore; it keeps your skin moisturized. Who knew? The beard itself will prevent you from rubbing it off and  it protects your face from the wind which dries out your skin.

If you can grow a beard or mustache go for it and reap the benefits.
