Freddy Mercury Rockumentary Headed to DVD

Finally, a documentary about the late Queen singer will see the light of day. I'm SUPER excited. Here are the details.

The Great Pretender will contain rare and never before seen interviews and back stage footage, concert footage, old home movies and other goodies from a personal archive. Plus interviews from Brian May and Roger Taylor and manager Jim Beach.

The rockumentary will also show Queen's first ever appearance on TV, early interviews with Freddy, outtakes from videos, footage of one of Freddy's birthday party, and unreleased music from collaborations with Rod Stewart and Michael Jackson.

The Great Pretender will arrive on DVD and Blu-Ray September 25, but the book that will accompany the film won't be ready until October 2.
