Gregg Allman Honored With Tribute Show Tonight

Tonight, Gregg Allman will be honored with a tribute concert in Atlanta.

Just a few short days after the announcement that two long time band members announced their departure, the Gregg Allman tribute concert, All My Friends: Celebrating the Songs & Voice of Gregg Allman will be held at the Fox Theater in Atlanta.

Tonight, Gregg will be honored and serenaded by the likes of Jackson Browne, Dr. John, Vince Gill, Trace Adkins and more - including The Allmann Brothers Band themselves. Rumors are also spreading that Gregg himself will take the stage and perform a couple of numbers, but reps have not confirmed nor denied anything.

The performances will also be taped for air on the AXS network in May and will be released on DVD and Blu Ray later this year.
