We're fairly immune when it comes to politicians blowing their own horns, self-aggrandizing and considering themselves overwhelmingly self-important. But we're always up for the infectious humour Twitter provides us.

For example; earlier Wednesday UK Prime Minister David Cameron posted what he obviously thought was a very important picture to Twitter. A shot of him supposedly chatting with US President Obama about the situation in the Ukraine.

Cue Twitter.

Within minutes Tweeps were throwing out parodies of the picture, starting with Brit funny man Rob Delany (@robdelany), then Twitter Superstar Patrick Stewart (@sirpatstew) got into the act, as did Michael Moreno (@macmoreno) and well, pretty much everyone else.
