In addition to working on a book large enough to read from Venus, as seen in this photo dispatch from their official site, Kiss has some other big plans in April. The rockers will be appear at high profile events like the NCAA Final Four in New Orleans, on ABC’s ‘Dancing With the Stars’ and the ACM Awards in Las Vegas on CBS.

Nola.com reports that Gene Simmons and company will be part of the men’s college basketball weekend, beginning with a free show on March 30. Two days later they’ll be on CBS, presenting the Best Vocal Group award at the 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards. The Las Vegas Sun reports the band will arrive in a monster truck.

On April 9, Kiss will be on the hit ABC reality dancing show, performing two songs. “It never stops,” Simmons says. “It’s a business a day. There’s a lot going on every day every month — all mapped out through next year. KISS really is an empire. Business has always been up there. I’m Jewish and proud of it, so there was no choice in the matter.”

Its expected that by later today (March 20) tour dates will be officially announced for Kiss’s string of dates with Motley Crue. It’s rumored to be a three month tour beginning on July 19. The band will release their new album ‘Monster’ before then.
