Late Ford Mustang Designer Carroll Shelby Takes a Test Drive in the New 2013 Mustang [VIDEO]

Ford has released the first of a series of videos chronicling the development of the new 2013 Shelby GT500, the late Carroll Shelby joins the SVT engineering team at Sebring International Raceway to test the durability of the last car to bear his name.

In the video, Shelby talks about how he got his start with Ford and how he was thrilled with his ever-blossoming relationship with the Blue Oval. He also takes a ride in the new 662-horse beast as well, and discovers something touching about the landscape around Sebring.
