Following Eric Burdon, John Fogarty and Pete Townshed, Lou Gramm is joining the ever growing list of rockers putting their life in print.

Lou Gramm of Foreigner has joined forces with author Scott Pitoniak to write Lou’s autobiography.

Lou signed a deal with Triumph Books to write the memoir titled Juke Box Hero: My Five Decades in Rock ‘n’ Roll.

The book will apparently be told from Lou’s perspective and he will share the events of his life and music career, "with remarkable candor," and will also spell out, "a life which saw him achieve worldwide fame and fortune, then succumb to its trappings before summoning the courage and faith to overcome his drug addiction and a life-threatening brain tumor."

The book is due out May 1.
