The team at Road Snacks have combed through the data, tallied the scores, and listed the best states in America to live in -- and the survey says that Minnesota came it at #5 on the list. Nebraska came in on top, and Mississippi came in dead last. Here's more of the list, and how they came up with the results.

- Education (Low expenditures per student and high Student Teacher Ratio)
- Long Commute Times
- High Crime
- The Worst Weather
