The Minnesota Wild (36-22-7) won on the road again last night, topping the Carolina Hurricanes (24-32-7) 3-1 in Raleigh. The Wild have won five in-a-row, and are 16-2-1 since the All-Star break.

Mikael Granlund and Zach Parise scored early in the third period to break the 1-1 tie. Charlie Coyle notched Minnesota's first goal. Wild goaltender Devan Dubnyk made 37 saves, and is 18-3-1 since joining the team in mid-January. He's started all 23 games since coming to Minnesota.

Minnesota remains in the first wild card spot in the Western Conference, three points ahead of Winnipeg, and just four points behind third place Chicago.

Next up for the Wild; tomorrow evening against the Colorado Avalanche at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul at 5 PM (Radio: 1240 WJON, TV: Fox Sports North).
