Sleeping Fan at Yankees Game is Suing ESPN [VIDEO] [POLL]

The fact that people seem to feel like they have a legitimate lawsuit for such frivolous claims is concerning to me.  Why does this guy think a $10 million lawsuit is justifiable?  

Apparently this guy either drank too much or the game just sucked so bad he couldn't help falling asleep, either way he received a bit of flack from the announcers from ESPN.  If you listen though it really wasn't over-the-top.  Not to the extent he is claiming.  Which is why he is suing.
