Minneapolis, Minnesota has been officially selected at the host for Super Bowl LII in 2018, at the new home of the Vikings - U.S. Bank Stadium.

The last time Minneapolis hosted a Super Bowl was in 1992 at the Metrodome, when Washington defeated the Buffalo Bills, 37-24.

The official date for Super Bowl LII will be February 4th, 2018 and will be the 2nd time in 4-years the Super Bowl was hosted in a cold-climate city. Fans from Minnesota don't mind the weather in February, for those from the warmer climates though - fingers will be crossed that it's not 20 below zero in Minneapolis!
