The President of St. Cloud State University has been killed in a car crash. The university released a statement on their website and on their Facebook page earlier this (Tuesday) morning saying that President Earl Potter has been killed in a crash.

A St. Cloud lawmaker wants beer sales to be a common thing at St. Cloud State University hockey games. Representative Tama Theis says she's planning on introducing a bill this session that would allow beer sales at all games at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center.

A residence hall on the St. Cloud State University campus will be torn down later this year. Holes Hall has sat empty for the past few years. The recently completed St. Cloud State University Comprehensive Plan calls for the demolition of the building, which was built in the mid 1960's.

St. Cloud State University celebrated the Wrestling team on their first National Championship in Atwood Memorial Center. This is also the University's first National Championship honors. Head Coach Steve Costanzo, along with wrestlers Tim Prescott, Austin Goergen, and Clint Poster spoke to the crowd of wresting fans.
