From the NWS: Travel impacts for today will start late this morning with 1-3" of snow expected in southeast Minnesota, with lesser amounts to the north and west. Eau Claire will get a rain/snow mix. St. Cloud and the Twin Cities will miss the main band of precipitation. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until Midnight for Southeast Minnesota including Albert Lea, Rochester, Red Wing, and Eau Claire.
