As heard on the January 7th show:

1. Guy Arrested for Drugs with Drugs Shirt On

A Florida (surprise, surprise) man wearing a t-shirt that said, "Who needs drugs?  No seriously, I have drugs" was arrested for having drugs!  Maybe the t-shirt was like his store front?  Obviously not a wise man, he was busted while trying to peddle product to another customer in a check-out line at a Kmart.

2. Do You Need To Warm Up Your Car?

According to a post by the Washington Post, no.  According to our local mechanics (whom we thank for weighing in) YES.  The argument is that electronic fuel injectors in new cars automatically compensate for temperature,  but our local pros say you should still warm up your car for at least 3-5 minutes to avoid damage.

3.  Coldest Cities in America

A ton of Minnesota cities made the list including Blaine, Coon Rapids, and a number of other Twin Cities suburbs.  The top three?  St. Cloud, MN!  Hooray!  Oh, wait... maybe that's not so awesome.  Number two slot went to Fargo, ND and the coldest American city (according to this post) is Grand Forks, ND where the winters are frigid and LONG.

4. Colorado's Marijuana Campaign

Colorado is starting a "Good to Know" campaign to inform citizens of the responsible use of marijuana, because only 27% of Coloradans know that it's illegal to smoke weed in public and fewer are aware of the fact that you have to be 21 or older to purchase. Even though marijuana is legal there, shouldn't the state still have an interest in discouraging use, especially for minors?  What do you think?

5. New Creativity Beer

Those hoppy bubbles are good for your noggin as long as you don't overdo things.  So how do you know where that sweet spot is?  The ideal blood-alcohol level for creativity is .075 and now there's a beer to help you get there.  It's called the Problem Solver and unfortunately it's only available in Denmark (at least for now).

6. "I'm Not Going to Take it Anymore" Day

So what are you sick and tired of putting up with?  Make this the year that you own those issues and face them head on.  Maybe it's a messy basement that's driving you nuts, like Jesse.  Or possibly you're ready to get off your lazy ass and do something about that spare tire you call a beer rest, like Lucy.  Time to kick 2015 in high gear!

7.  Woman Celebrates 10 Year Marriage To Her Cats

She's so into pu$$y that she married two?  Does this make her a lesbian even though, technically the cats are male?  This year marks the 10 year anniversary of this bizarre courtship between human and feline.
