Still on the road supporting last year's 'Seven Deadly' LP, the guys in UFO are planning a trip to North America for the fall.

The current incarnation of the band -- which includes founding members Phil Mogg (vocals) and Andy Parker (drums), as well as longtime keyboard player Paul Raymond, guitarist Vinnie Moore and touring bassist Rob De Luca -- will kick off its next run of tour dates on Oct. 4 in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and close out the month with an Oct. 23 show in Houston.

"U.S.A. and Canada tour this October? Are we looking forward to it? Bet your socks we are," enthused Mogg in a press release announcing the dates. "So bring your mates, loved ones, earplugs and hangover remedies. UFO will be delivering. See you there!"

'Seven Deadly,' the band's 20th studio album, finds UFO settled into a period of relative stability after undergoing a series of breakups and roster changes (including the repeated comings and goings of guitarist Michael Schenker) during the '80s and '90s. One of the band's better-reviewed LPs, it cracked the charts in Sweden and the U.K.
