UPDATE: Vulnerable St. Cloud Man Found

ST. CLOUD - Abdifatah has been found and has been reunited with his family and caregivers.  At 9:45 this (Friday) evening, a citizen observed Abdifatah walking on County Road 29 in Benton County which is miles from his home.  Officers from Sauk Rapids Police Department were called and ultimately responded to the area where they located Abdifatah who was in good health but lost.

Police say 32-year-old Abdifatah Omar Mohamed is a vulnerable adult who only speaks Somali and does not know anyone in the area where he may go.

Mohamed was last seen on surveillance leaving his apartment building alone and on foot at 11:30 a.m. today (Friday). It's located at 820 13th Street South.

He is a diabetic and has a past traumatic brain injury.
