44 days Until Spring. We Can Make It

This winter kind of started out like, wow, it might not be so bad, right?  We'll, if you happened to think that, you like me, were wrong.

After Christmas, actually about the middle of January, Mother Nature just gave us the finger and proceeded to wreak havoc on us poor Midwestern victims. We all expect a few sub zero temps during January and February, but nothing like we were dealt last week.

50 to 60 below wind chills with snow and then two days later it was it was 60 to 70 degrees warmer. Only in Minnesota.

I've always maintained that if you can get out of here to somewhere warmer once or twice a year, it is tolerable.
