Beaver Island Brewing Co. Launch Weekend

What started as a small home hobby has grown into a full fledged brewery for St. Cloud natives Nick Barth & Matt Studer. This weekend Beaver Island Brewing Co. is celebrating the release of it's first two offerings, Ripple and '39 Red IPA.

Ripple is a German inspired ale with golden color and a cracker-like malt profile. The '39 Red IPA features British and Belgian malts with a firm bitterness and citrus flavor. More options are in the works including Union Suit Old Ale and Lane 5 IIPA.

Beaver Island Brewery will also be opening a taproom at 216 6th Avenue South in St. Cloud which will be open Thursday through Saturday from 4:00 - 10:00 p.m.
