Busch Beer Rolls Out “Dog Brew”
Anheuser-Busch took advantage of National Dog Day Wednesday to roll out a new product just for dogs. Dog Brew is just what the doctor or vet ordered to improve "a dog's life". Just when you thought it couldn't get any better than being able to lick one's self, right?
Although it doesn't sound like anything I'd enjoy drinking myself it may be a refreshing treat for Fido. It's made with all fresh ingredients like vegetables, spices, herbs, water and pork broth and no alcohol. Umm, sounds tasty.
According to the Dog Brew website, Dog Brew is nutritious and tastes good, to dogs, and promotes a healthy digestive system. My dog Astro sometimes has a little digestive problem and could use a little help in this department.
Although Dog Brew isn't bad for use human beer drinkers, it's a little bland and designed for the refined dog pallet. I guess I've never really considered Astro's pallet "refined" but I'm no expert.
It would probably be a good idea to keep your brew and Dog Brew on separate shelves in the fridge. You most likely wouldn't want to come home buzzed some night and mistakenly grab a Dog Brew.
You can support your best buddy's drinking habit by wearing some classy Dog Brew merchandise available at the Busch Dog Brew merch shop. shopbeergear.com/collections/busch-dog-brew
