First, he gave a half-assed (and seemingly lip-synched) performance at Halfway Jam on Friday evening. Then he got arrested Sunday morning.

For ten years thousands of people gather in fields near Royalton for three days of rock with the party known as Halfway Jam. Sandy Henry and her husband started Halfway Jam after touring other concerts they visited over the years.
