Clearwater County Sheriff’s Deputy Resigns After Sex With Minor Charges

After being accused of having sex with a 15 year old, a Clearwater County Sheriff's Deputy has resigned his position with the department.

Neil Dolan allegedly had sex with the Bagley High School 9th grader and was arrested in November. Dolan worked as a resource officer at the school for the past several year. Police say the incident took place in Dolan's office at the school.

Dolan turned in his resignation on the 13th of this month. He faces 2 counts of criminal sexual conduct when he returns to court in February.
