The biggest question has been if it is violating your civil rights to be required to wear a mask in a business or be refused entry.  Here is the thing... you don't have to shop at the place that is requiring a mask.  You do have other options.  It is absolutely your right not to wear a mask if you don't want to.  But, it is also the right of said business to ask you to wear one as a store policy.  Any business has the right to refuse service if they feel it is necessary.

Just to put this into perspective for you, the mask policy falls under the same category as wearing a shirt, shoes, no smoking, no people that are intoxicated, etc.

People who don't want to wear one don't need to shop at whatever store is requiring a mask.  That is your freedom.  Shop somewhere else if you don't want to adhere to the business' policies.  That is absolutely YOUR RIGHT!

I have seen people posting the stats of the ADA law which says that you don't need to disclose the reason for your "disability".  But... while that part of non-disclosure might be accurate, if you were to carry this complaint all the way to court and try to get the business to be found not in accordance, and hence be fined, you would definitely need to prove that you really do have an issue with the mask. Like a legit disability as to why you can't wear the mask.  Good luck with that.  By the time that actually got to court this pandemic would probably be over anyway.

Why not just comply?  There are a lot of theories around, but no one actually know FOR SURE what the risk is... why not just err on the side of caution?  What is your reason for bucking the system this much?  Wearing the mask is easy.

Stay healthy, people!
