Farmstead in Isanti Location for Christmas Movie

There is a really cool wedding and other gathering venue in Isanti- it's Erickson Farmstead.

And now, it's also the location for a Christmas movie that is currently being filmed and will hopefully be out by next Christmas.

"Christmas Inn Farmstead" is the working title of the movie, which producers hope will be out this coming Christmas.

"It's definitely a Christmas romantic comedy," said executive producer and director, Elizabeth Snoderly. 

The film is co-produced by Love Christmas Films, LLC and G It's Entertainment!

They say that they kind  of thought someone was pulling a prank when it was suggested that this would be a great venue to shoot the romantic comedy movie.  It sounds like something that would be on the Hallmark Channel.  2 competing realtors have to stay at the farm in order to get the listing. And of course, they wind up falling in love. Sounds exactly what every Hallmark Channel Christmas movie is about.  But, as of now, the movie doesn't have a home.  They hope to have it all shot and edited by June of this year, and will shop the movie around.  But the Hallmark Channel does seem like the best fit... stay tuned...
