Is This Dollar That I Got At The Liquor Store Funny or Sad? [POLL]

I went to Sauk Rapids Liquor last night to restock my beer fridge and when I was paying, the cashier handed me back this! I looked at it, then at him and then back at the dollar and I started laughing. If you have bad eyes like me, it says "First Dollar from Dad".

I asked the cashier if he knew the history about this and he told me that he sadly didn't. But that it's been something that he, along with other employees have been laughing about throughout the week. When I was walking out I thought to myself, either this dad must have gotten thirsty and raided his kids piggy bank or that the kid that got this however many years ago, decided that he or she was going to spend it on a nice adult beverage. Hopefully they bought something good!
