Johnny Holm Band Headlines Opening Night of ‘Summertime by George’

ST. CLOUD - The free concert series "Summertime By George" kicks-off the season Wednesday night.

The Johnny Holm Band is the featured act to start the popular summer long music festival. They'll take the stage at 6:30 p.m., after opening act Andy Austin performs, starting at 5:00 p.m.

Besides the music, you can also grab a bite to eat in the Middletown Market, or a beer or a glass of wine in the Eastman Tavern beer garden.

Once again this year the Rotary Club of St. Cloud will be selling raffle tickets for $10. First prize is a two-year lease on a new Mazda.

The Metro Bus trolley will run every Wednesday night, making a loop between downtown St. Cloud and Lake George every 10 minutes.

The 12-week event will wrap-up on Wednesday, August 30th. It's all organized by the Rotary Club of St. Cloud.
