An etiquette expert took time away from getting beat up for his lunch money to explain: "...using the back of your knife, push and spear some peas onto the tines of your fork. You'll have a neat little collection which you can eat with ease!"

One of his fans - oh geez, he has fans? - claimed, "...this genuinely some of the most useful information that I've ever gotten from Instagram." Surprisingly, the etiquette expert didn't correct the user's bad grammar.

A user with fewer bruises and less emotional damage than this chap chimed in with a faster solution: just mix the peas with mashed potatoes. Another offered: The Spoon Solution.
