Minnesota Contest Looking For 12 Calendar Dogs

Of course, I'm partial. My dogs are the best looking pups out there. I bet you feel the same about yours, right?  How would you like to have your dog's picture featured on a calendar?

Animal Humane Society and Love of Minnesota are combining their efforts and on the look out for the top 12 dogs in Minnesota for a 2022 calendar. It's a pretty cool contest.

There will be 12 winning dogs, one for each month, of course.  The winners will be picked by popular vote. You'll find the link to vote at the end of this article. All winning dogs will be featured in the 2022 calendar and photographed at a Twin Cities landmark.

The 2022 Top Dog calendar will be sold at this summer's Minnesota State Fair and you can also pick one up at any of Minnesota's Love From Minnesota retail stores.  All proceeds from the sale of the calendar will go to benefit the Animal Humane Society.

this great contest is part of Woofda, which is an initiative that celebrates all month Minnesota's dogs and their families.  There will also be a dog meet up on may 212nd and Tuesday & Thursday Yappy Hours.

Nominations are underway and you can nominate your dog online at woobox.com  Just include a photo of your dog and a short bio.  The most votes on Wednesday, May 26th will decide which dogs will be featured on the 2022 calendar.
