Taco Bell's CEO stated they are doing the free taco giveaway as a way to thank the community for supporting their neighbors and local businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Of course, Taco Bell is not open for dine in customers, so free tacos are only available at the drive thru. Also, this offer isn't good on delivery.
