“Must Try” Beers By Beaver Island Brewing Company In St. Cloud
Minnesota is famous for a few things: our awesome music scene, hockey, and never winning a Super Bowl (hardee har har har.) In my opinion, something else we SHOULD be famous for is our remarkable craft beer scene.
I’ve seen a good portion of the globe in 25 years (England, France, Wales, and the majority of The United States) and I can honestly say that Minnesota’s craft beer scene is 2nd to none.
There’s no shortage of awesome breweries and local brands around. One of the more popular breweries – Beaver Island Brewing Company – is among my favorites. They have a pretty awesome beer selection to choose from. Today we're going to be taking a look at Beaver Island's "must try" brews. Here we go.
- Maibock Helles Bock
- Sweet Miss Chocolate Oatmeal Stout
- Revival West Coast IPA
- Ripple German Ale
- '39 Red IPA
- Barrel Aged Revolution III Russian Imperial Stout
- Olde Steamboat Barley Wine
- Soaked Ripple German Ale
Of all of the breweries in and around the St. Cloud area, Beaver Island is definitely one of my favorites. I've been here a time or ten and I always enjoy my experience. The staff is awesome, the beer is killer, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It's one of my favorite places to unwind after a long day at the office. I'd recommend this cozy little establishment to any aspiring or veteran beer snob. Feel free to swing out and see for yourself.
