New Law to Get Bad Drivers Off the Road

Are you like me?  You see a driver driving like an idiot and you pull up next to them at the stop light and can;t help looking at them to see if they look as stupid as they drive. Here's my idea. First we need to all get paintball guns. Then when we see a stupid driver, give them a paintball right on the side of their car. When a cop sees a car with ten or more paintball marks on their car, they pull them over and give them a ticket for being a :"Stupid Driver". Penalty would be a 30 day suspension and mandatory driving school. Let's get this passed. Thanks for letting me vent.
