There are so many beer breweries around here... don't get me wrong, I love that there are so many of those.  Also, let's make sure they can stick around during this time and go get some beer!

I've always said that it would be cool to have some more wineries around too.  In the last few years wine has also become a "thing".  And there are a few wineries around, one of which is in the Kimball area, Millner Heritage Wine.  They currently have curb side delivery, so go get some wine!

Now, another winery is opening up in the North Loop of Minneapolis.  It's called AxeBridge Wine Company.

An urban winery from the family behind Schram Vineyards Winery and Brewery is set to open later this month in Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood.

AxeBridge Wine Company is celebrating its grand opening at 411 Washington Ave. on March 27.

With the weather finally getting a bit warmer, I realize this is fake Spring, but at least we know warmer weather and Summer is on the way, it's a great time to think about going and visiting some of the wineries and breweries in Minnesota.  Even take a few road trips and visit a few within a day, or make a weekend of it.

From their social media posts, it looks like they will have a few varieties, kind of a wine for whatever your tastes may be.  White, reds, rose'... Rose' all day if that's your thing.

Looks like it's definitely worth checking out. March 27th- that's their grand opening.
