Pink Floyd Week Begins Monday

An entire week will be dedicated to Pink Floyd beginning Monday and I am SO EXCITED. Could this be more exciting than Shark Week?

No, it's not more exciting, but it is less dangerous than Shark Week. Check this out:

Pink Floyd week will kick off Monday on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Nick Mason is scheduled to perform with The Shins. Tuesday, Roger Waters will make an appearance and will also perform with Foo Fighters. MGMT will perform the music of Pink Floyd Wednesday. Country singer Dierks Bentley will perform a tribute Thursday night and Pearl Jam will wrap up Pink Floyd Week on Free Beer Friday.

All of the hooplah is to celebrate the digitally mastered re-release of all 14 of their studio albums.

Meawhile, Australian Pink Floyd is performing in Minneapolis on October 21. Tickets still remain through Ticketmaster.
