Robbery Goes Wrong When Getaway Car Stolen

Not everyone is cut out for a life of crime. As in any mission, it's always the lack of attention to details that will foil you. This guy made a big mistake and it cost him.

So, this guy in Washington called police to report his truck was stolen. Evidently, he had left the keys lying on the seat of the truck. When police got there, they observed on a security tape from a business nearby, a man riding his bike up to the unattended pickup. Seeing the keys on the seat, he threw his bike in the back of the truck and drove off.

Something else the police spotted on the tape was the truck owner coming out of a business across the street, that he had just robbed.

He was arrested and charged with burglary and police are still trying to locate his stolen pickup.
