Sue's will open for the 2025 season at 11 this morning, and be serving up the tastes and smells of spring and summer now through October, when it will close again for the winter months.

If you've never been to Sue's before, you should know that once you go, you may find yourself coming back. At Sue's, you can get a burger, sandwich, or basket with fries, ice cream, shakes, and you can't pass up the fried pickles.

Sue's Drive In, now run by Roger Schulte, has been serving up food for hungry Central Minnesotans for 61 years this year. Before Roger owned it, he bought it about 7 years ago from his sister, Sue Sand, who had had the business since 1985.
