1. Woman Drinks Vanilla Extract and Gets a DUI

One woman almost lost her cookies over something you usually put in your cookies - vanilla extract.  Seems like an expensive way to catch a buzz, but Carolyn Kesel downed two bottles of the stuff and ended up blowing a .26 after being pulled over in a Walmart parking lot for driving erratically.

2. Study Says Circumcision Leads to ADHD?

A study of 340,000 boys in Denmark found that circumcision raised the overall chances of an autism spectrum disorder.  The investigation was prompted by recent animal findings linking a single painful injury to lifelong deficits in stress response.  The study goes on to discuss how painful experiences in babies have been shown to have long-term effects on pain perception.  People are on the fence regarding these findings.

4. Are You Smarter Than a 1st Grader?

Jesse's oldest will be in 1st grade soon and he's getting nervous about helping with homework after having the conversation above.  So we decided to do a little trivia to help him out.  How well did the daddy do?  Well, if red and blue make green - he did awesome.
