Yesterday, I posted a video and story about a homeless guy, in Columbus, Ohio, that spent his days standing on a street corner with a sign saying he had a God given voice for radio. Well, through the miracle of the internet this guy has job offers up the whazoo. Ted Williams, not the frozen baseball player, has landed on his feet and is literally going to go from rags to riches. I love this country.

According to All Access, our friend Ted is going to be just fine.

Among the offers TED has:
- Arena announcer for THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS -- including a salary and they will buy him a house
- OHIO CREDIT UNION LEAGUE gave him $10,000 cash and a retainer deal for voicework
- ESPN is reportedly offering him a job
- MTV reportedly wants to discuss a reality series
- A free vacation trip to HILO, HI to voice a commercial ... and the list goes on!

I plan on spending the rest of my day finding a good corner, just in case, because in radio, you just never know.
