Although Van Halen postponed 31 concert dates earlier this spring, they've now cancelled those dates and are offering full refunds to ticket-buyers.

In an interview with Guitar World Magazine, Eddie Van Halen says that he could see himself working with David Lee Roth for a "very, very long time" and in fact, after a little time off, he says they're going to go back into the studio to work on new material. They just finished touring North America behind their new album, A Different Kind of Truth and will soon head overseas to promote the record.

Even though the band canceled more than 30 dates for June and July, both Diamond Dave and Eddie have denied that there is in-fighting the with group and continue to speak out saying that the band "feels more like a band and a family than it ever has" and blamed earlier struggles on drugs and alcohol.

The rest of the interview will be in the August issue of the magazine and Eddie will grace the cover.
