UPDATED (12:07 PM, 11/10/14): A WINTER STORM WARNING remains in effect for Central & Southern Minnesota through Noon tomorrow for up to 16 inches of snow, and strong winds; making travel hazardous. Following the storm, temps will be significantly colder through the week.

The snow will impact both the evening commute commute today, as well as the drive to work tomorrow morning. Heavy snow will continue this afternoon, severely impacting the today's drive home from work. The heavy, wet nature of the snow could cause some small scale power outages.
