Bears Rout Vikings 28-10
The Vikings scored the first points of the game but lose 28-10 Sunday in Chicago. Minnesota trailed 25-3 at halftime and couldn't catch up in the 2nd half. Jay Cutler coming back from a concussion threw for 188 yards and 1 touchdown with 1 interception for the Bears. Michael Bush ran for 60 yards and 2 touchdowns for the Bears.
Adrian Peterson arrived late to Soldier Field after missing the team bus from the hotel but arrived 45 minutes late in a cab. Peterson ran for 108 yards on 18 carries but 2 fumbles. Christian Ponder was 22-43 passing for 159 yards and 1 touchdown with 1 interception. Kyle Rudolph had 5 catches for 55 yards and a touchdown and Jarius Wright had 7 catches for 49 yards for the Vikings. Jerome Simpson had just 1 catch by 3 drops for Minnesota.
Both Kyle Rudolph and safety Harrison Smith left the game early after suffering concussions. Both players were be re-evaluated today. Head coach Leslie Frazier will address injuries and more during his Monday press conference at 12:35 today on AM 1390-the Fan.
The Vikings are 6-5 and will play at Green Bay Sunday December 2 at noon, pregame on WJON at 11am.
