This just in.... yeah, I think we in the colder climate and the days that are now a whole lot darker.. already knew this.  But here is the finding... when days begin to get a bit darker, like how we should be ready for bed by 5:30 in the evening, and when it's cold out we all tend to drink a bit more.  Maybe it's because we are inside a whole lot more?  Maybe it's because we don't want to go outside and do stuff because of the aforementioned darkness and cold.  So, what do we do?  We DRINK!

Lot's of things planned inside when it's cold out during the winter months.  There are pub olympics, there are game watching parties, there are indoor tournaments of "you name it".  All things that probably are also going to include the obligatory drink or five.

Here is the thing, however, you need to watch your consumption.  Because guess what- it's not that great for you.  Besides the fact that you may be eating badly along with the pitcher or more of beer, but it's also not great for your liver.

This isn't a surprising finding.. .it's just something we need to be aware of.  So maybe exercise along with the fun and drinking, or WATER!!  That's a good one to keep things filtered, and eases a hangover at the same time.

Cheers!
