Gregg Allman Addresses Dual Member Departure

I was so shocked when news broke that two members of the Allman Brothers Band were taking their ball and going home. Now, Gregg is addressing the issue.

Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks announced last week that they were leaving the Allman Brothers Band and in an interview, Warren said that there’s “no bad blood” between any of the members and that leaving was something that he had been thinking about and talking about “for a long time”.

Gregg also said that he doesn’t harbor any ill will toward Warren and Derek and even admitted it may be his fault and said that it was time for change anyway.

Everyone was on hand on Friday at the tribute for Gregg Allman which was taped for air on the AXS Network to be aired later this spring.
