Guy Gets Assaulted After Flying His Drone Over Beach Goers [VIDEO[ [POLL]

Seeing people flying remote controlled aircraft if becoming a regular occurrence, as more and more people are buying these recreational drones.  Is there a privacy issue here? 

The video below is from a 17-yr-out out east,. who was flying his quad-copter over a public beach.  As you see in the video he is recording this but, at no point is he focused on any one person or people in general.  Rather he is just taking in the sites of the public beach.

What you see in the second video is an irate 23-yr-old girl who feels like the kid is a pervet, taking pics of woman on the beach.  She proceeds to call the cops and tell them he is invading her privacy.  Once she hangs up with them she starts to assault the kid. Subsequently she was arrested for assault.
