Join the LOON for a Great Ride for a Great Cause This Saturday

Don't miss the big ride this Saturday!  It's the 14th annual Alzheimer's Motorcycle Ride for the Mind this Saturday. Alzheimer's is a horrible disease and we are raising money to find a cure. If you don't know anyone suffering from Alzheimer's, chances are you will. The Loon will be broadcasting from the event. The ride leaves from Scottie's Log Bar in Royalton at 1 PM.  Registration starts at noon. there's a $10 donation per participant with proceeds going to Care, Education, Support,Research and Awareness of Alzheimer's Disease in Central Minnesota. A couple of stops on the ride will be Shady's Golden Eagle Bar & Grill in Burtrum, Herbie's Bar in Flensburg and a few more. You don't have to ride to participate. You can hang out at Scottie's with me until the bikes come back. That's when the live auction takes place with $25,000 in cash and prizes and music from The Elderly Brothers. If for some reason you can't join us for all the fun, donations are graciously accepted c/o Pine Country Bank in Royalton. See you Saturday!
