Lindsey Buckingham Releasing New Solo Album And Coming To MN! [VIDEO]

Seeds We Sow, Lindsey Buckingham's new solo album will be released September 6th.

He'll follow that with a fall tour that will include a stop at the Pantages Theater in Minneapolis on September 16th.

The Fleetwood Mac member will be releasing the new piece on his own: he says he was disappointed with the way Warner Brothers marketed his last two solo works, 2006's Under the Skin and 2008's Gift of Screws.

Both albums won good critical reviews but sold poorly.

Buckingham talked about the Seeds We Sow to Billboard, revealing, "This might be the best work I've ever done. I think it's an excellent representation of what I do. It shows a certain maturity and musicianship and I just feel like I have a lot of tools in my musical vocabulary from which to draw that are again the product of the choices I've made. It's on my own terms. This is very much from the inside out and I hope I never stop doing that."

The first single off the new album will be "In Our Own Time".
