A live album, recorded on a very momentous European tour from 1972. That was definitely a ticket you would've wanted to buy.

Garcia and Hunter totally demonstrated they were on a roll. Classics like  "He's Gone," "Brown-Eyed Woman," "Ramble On Rose" and "Tennessee Jed" instantly became band and fan favorites. and that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Robert Hunter also stirred up the pot with musician  Ron "Pigpen" McKernan, a damn good natured blues romp titled "Mr. Charlie."  Same as he  did with "Sugar Magnolia."

Hunter collaborated  with Bob Weir on another classic, the drifter's saga, "Jack Straw" (video below of a live performance).

"Jack Straw" was first performed in concert on October 19, 1971 in Minneapolis, MN.
