"Mr. Soul", "Expecting to Fly", and "Broken Arrow," three exceptional songs that also found the composer (Neil Young) handling the lead vocals in his unique style.

Neil recorded these without the other Buffalo Springfield members yet he relied on support from his friend, the arranger and Phil Spector associate, Jack Nitzsche.

Neil Young delivers a timeless performance of one of his most affecting songs.
